Thank you for signing our petition to get the government to listen to local people and urgently revise their housing target to a more realistic level.
You can help spread the word by getting your friends and family to sign the petition too.
And there is one more thing. We're just entering the campaign for the County Council elections on 6th May. We will be working as hard as we can to keep great councillors like Sarah Osborne and to elect more. But we need money to do it. If you can spare a few pounds, please help via our Donate page.
Hundreds of members and supporters throughout the constituency give up their time to campaign for their neighbourhoods, to solve problems for local people, to deliver leaflets, to find out what people are thinking and what they want to do about the big issues facing us: covid, jobs, housing, the environment, transport, learning. But all of this needs money for the office, the leaflets, the posters, the phone calls, and, of course, nowadays, the PPE. And the more active we are, the more money we need. When you donate, you are giving us the tools to continue to work to make people's lives here better. We're working at the District Council to expand social housing stock and to combat climate change locally. We've been active in local covid responses everywhere in the constituency. We are working on transport, education, safety, leisure and health issues, and potholes, always potholes. Every pound you give enables us to do more.
