Fair play and fair votes

We are delighted that David Wheeler, former Lewes FC player and current Wycombe Wanderers winger will be joining us via Zoom on Thursday 25th March at 7pm to speak about his passions for football and political reform.

David has played in every professional league from the National League South to the Championship and first became interested in politics in his late teens. He plans to outline his football career to date, including winning two promotions and playing at Wembley, and will also be discussing his motivation to campaign for Electoral Reform. David is an ambassador for Make Votes Matter and will be sharing why he believes we need a fairer voting system where people can vote for what they believe in. You will also have the opportunity to ask him your own questions about football and politics…

This event does not have an entrance fee but if you are able to make a small donation of £3-£5 to cover costs, that will be greatly appreciated. Joining details will be sent out after registration so please look out for the email acknowledging your RSVP.
